My name is Amy F. Emery; I am a licensed clinical social worker and I offer


individual psychotherapy via telehealth to clients​ ages 18 years and older.


I am an LGBTQ* affirming, trauma informed, Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator,


and I am licensed to work with individuals located in the states of CT and MA.​​

In 2014, I opened my private practice, Helping Hands, Healing Hearts Counseling Services, LLC


out of my passion and drive for helping individuals achieve positive changes in their lives,


through decreasing stressors, and increasing quality of life.



I provide a strength-based and solution-focused method for therapy as I work with my clients,​


joining with them as a team, helping them move forward in life to achieve their identified goals.​
